We offer:
Fixed-scope engagements such as Compliance-in-a-Box™ (5-Day Foundations Programme)
Monthly or annual subscriptions for ongoing compliance and managed security support
Optional DPO-as-a-Service for organisations that need formal data protection oversight
All pricing is agreed upfront, with clear scope and no hidden fees.
Yes. Our standard pricing is listed per month, but we can invoice on a schedule that suits your organisation:
Monthly – pay month-to-month, with 30 days’ notice if you wish to stop.
Quarterly – one invoice every 3 months at the same effective monthly rate.
Semi-annual – 6 months upfront with a small discount on the total.
Annual – 12 months upfront with our best discount for long-term commitment.
For all options we invoice at the start of the period, with payment due within 14 days. Pre-paid periods are non-refundable, but you can upgrade your plan at any time and we’ll adjust your next invoice accordingly.
If you have specific procurement or funding cycle requirements (for example, school terms or grant schedules), we’re happy to align the billing dates so they work for your finance team.
We support payment methods that are practical and trusted by Zimbabwean organisations.
Typically:
Services are invoiced in USD (or local currency by agreement)
Fixed-scope engagements are invoiced per engagement
Subscriptions are invoiced monthly or annually
Payment terms are agreed during onboarding so there are no surprises.

Payment is usually required before work begins, or
Split into clearly defined milestones for larger engagements.

For subscribed clients, incident support is billed at a reduced rate. CORE-level subscriptions include a set number of incident hours per month.
